The bunka is the perfect vegetable chopping knife for the kitchen. This one is forged from 80crv2 high carbon steel and has intentional heavy hammer marks in the spine. The blade has been etched to give that extra rustic effect. The handle is a wa handle made from African Blackwood with a textured stainless steel bolster.
